Suzanna is the heart and soul of the property making sure you are taken care of, have rides, rental car, things to do. Before we even arrived I had an emergency situation resulting in a reschedule. Suzanne and Winnie were able to assist so that we did not have to cancel our trip. They are angels! All staff are excellent, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was cleaned to perfection daily. The transport to the Kokomo and beach is great and really allows you to relax. There is someone at the beach to help and watch your personal items if you want to go to the restaurants or walk the beach. They have all the kitchen essentials, coffee, tea, and a handy cooler to bring drinks and snacks to the beach. Their beach location is perfect. We enjoyed the quiet location and ability to walk to Bobs bar, Land & Sea, etc. taxis were available at night to bring us back. We definitely recommend and will return!

Stayed 2/2026. Suzanna and the staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. Room was clean, private and has all the amenities needed. A few suggestions for other guest; go grocery shopping your 1st night there, rent their cars (cheaper and more convenient than taxis), use their sister facility Kokomo for the pool and restaurant. This is a great secluded hideaway. I will be back before the end of 2026.

This was such a unique experience. The hotel is surrounded by trees and shrubs, and just all of the beauty of nature. It felt like we were in another world.Also, the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. They made our getting around the island so easy. Accommodations were clean uncomfortable.. I actually got some of the best sleep that I’ve ever had away from home.

The staff is amazing, they make you feel like family. Also if it isn’t already provided they get what you need. If you want to go to a beach other than grace bay they have chairs, they also have coolers to take to the beach. If you are not staying on the beach this is the best choice there is. Definitely recommend! Room is also clean and well equipped.

Wonderfully peaceful and very clean accommodations. Staff is what really makes your stay incredibly enjoyable! Suzanne, Mimi, Jeffery and the gentleman at the beach who helps with chairs, umbrellas and water were a pleasure always willing to help in anyway possible. The sushi at kokamo’s was a spectacular! A true slice of heaven! The natural beauty of the island and the friendly people who live on this spectacular iparadise were always kind and considerate to a new person who is looking to explore! Highly recommended Turks and Cacaos and One on Marlin. One bit advice if your a walker like I am is to bring a head lamp! Enjoy!

Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and comfortable, with a small kitchen, a table, a living area, and a balcony. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I loved this place. The atmosphere, and the staff were amazing. Mimi was very attentive and friendly. She really set the bar for excellence!! Suzanna was also very nice upon checking us in and informative regarding the taxi service, food etc. The rooms have a lot of privacy, it’s kind of like your own apartment away from others. I will stay here again, next time I visit. That’s how rewarding this establishment was for me.

An honest review of One On Marlin Resort and Spa: We booked this property for the great reviews and the great price. Turks and Caicos is overall very, very pricey, so we felt the price was right for what we were looking for. We knew going in the property was not on or very near the beach, and that was fine. A car is essential if you stay at One on Marlin. Just know that driving can be treacherous. The island contains exactly zero stop lights and zero Stop signs. Rather, roundabouts or traffic circles as they are sometimes known substitute for both. While not exactly a free-for-all, it can take nerves of steel to navigate around the island and the traffic, especially at peak driving times. Add to that driving is on the opposite side of the road than the U.S and many other countries and it can be a recipe for anxiety and angst. Now on to the actual property. The first thing I can say about this property is it is by no means a resort or spa. No pool, no restaurants, no actual spa to speak of, no fitness center, no activities of any kind. Literally just rooms. This property has a sister property named Kokomo just down the road a piece. The Kokomo has a restaurant and small gorgeous pool that those staying at One on Marlin can access. While the sister property is walkable (about 15 minute walk) I don’t recommend it as there are no sidewalks and the road leading is very narrow. The rooms: The rooms at One on Marlin are charming.
