「There are friendly & kindly front desk staffs, bar. Also there are nice pool and spa. Breakfast is ok. There is Super market near the hotel. Also it has some restaurants around the hotel. House keeping is always on time. Its good. 」

「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「Upper level room was great with washer/ dryer, small kitchen with everything you need is there with a netted balcony is awesome to prevent mosquitoes. The pool is great but didn't use since the beach is awesome, it's clean and have lounge chairs with umbrella. Location is great near restaurants and many excursions pick you up from resort. 」
