「I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience.
The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....
「We enjoyed everything and everyone about this property. The only thing we wouldn't recommend is the Opus Restaurant. They were pushy. We were asked what we would like yo drink and we mentioned water for starters and they kept suggesting wine off the bat. They didn’t mention that tbey were going to give us bottled water at $7.50 for each one. When we asked about sitting outside we wish they would've mentioned the fly attack. The restaurant was also pretty dusty inside and nit well kept outside....

「We arrived around 2.15 pm but room did not get ready until 3.30 pm. We went to Nextdoor Baci for lunch. The staff is nice, plenty of parking,rooms are spacious, free complementary pastries, and they provide water bottles. I would highly recommend staying here for budget friendly option. 「We spent six wonderful days in Tower 4, and the property is absolutely stunning. Our room was quite spacious, and the view was breathtaking. However, on our first day after checking in, we encountered a problem with the shower; water was leaking into the bathroom and even spilling into the hallway. We called the front desk, and they quickly sent a maintenance worker to take a look. Unfortunately, the issue was due to a structural problem in the bathroom, which he couldn't fix.
