「The stay and customer service was so amazing. I’m coming back again this year to the same villa again 」

「Pool was very small with limited seating. Property is not on the beach. Service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. Manager running around while waitstaff did nothing.」

「Our second time staying at Ocean Club East and we weren’t disappointed. The location is ideal. Still dreaming of the beach and turquoise water! The pools and beachside restaurant are wonderful. We didn’t eat at Opus this time. I love how quiet this end of the beach is and the walk to the point is always fun. 「Very well appointed Unit- we had a jungle view unit- with a great patio, the washer and dryer were so nice. The Pool was amazing - very nice chairs and umbrellas. The beach was great very clean- very little sea grass - and even some snorkeling - chairs and palapas available - no crowding. We Used the restaurant a couple of times -- good food and drinks. The property was very nice and kept up. 」

「The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.」

「We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「An amazing place to relax and swim. Best view from the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Had no housekeeping day 1 and daily service replaced some not all towels. Elevators shared w/maintenance & cleaning crew which caused delays. For a 5star place they have some rough edges but overall a beautiful stay, 」

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!」

「There are friendly & kindly front desk staffs, bar. Also there are nice pool and spa. Breakfast is ok. There is Super market near the hotel. Also it has some restaurants around the hotel. House keeping is always on time. Its good. 」

「I got horrible Bed bugs bites on my child face, doors and feet, while the rest of the body was in pajamas for the fist night I stayed there, was offered no refund for that night and was moved to another room on the 3rd floor for the 2nd night. I notified management right away and showed them the bites. never returning」
