I was woken all throughout the night with slamming doors, loud music, people hollering, etc. I slept maybe 3 hrs. It is very low budget, low quality place. Tv didn’t work and neither did the wifi. Total bill was $270 for the night plus $80 in dinner and breakfast. It’s worth the $400 all inclusive option to go somewhere else.

The staff is rude, the accommodations are terrible, and I’m pretty certain the stole money from me. I only used my credit card twice in Provo, and both charges were made at the “restaurant” at the hotel. A day later, my wife called and said there was a $200 charge to the local utility company made by my credit card. I am obviously disputing the charge, but I highly recommend you stay any place other than this.

Horrible experience. My wife & I needed to stay 1 night due to a change in flights. The 1st room we were given, was dirty with hair & debris all over the floor. It had not been cleaned. The lady at the front desk apologized & said maybe they forgot. She gave us another room, which wasn’t even better. There were mouse droppings in the bed & the sheets were stained!!! We were offered another room, which I kindly declined as this was not a good trend. Both rooms needed a lot of attention, were very dated, & showed signs of water damage/leaking. I would have several health concerns regarding staying here. If this place was in the US, I believe it would be shut down. I asked for a refund, was told I had to go through the booking platform($300/night) Hotels.com supposedly reached out to the hotel but was denied a refund request. I wish we had taken more pics, but we were horrified/disgusted & wanted to leave asap. Don’t waste your time booking here unless you’re ok with dirty rooms and mice.
