「Blue Haven was a pleasant experience overall. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Walls were a little thin if your neighbors were being noisy but staff was responsive to shut down anything excessive after hours. Beach was comfortable and pool was not overly crowded. Drinks were not very strong but this was to be expected at an all inclusive. Food was hit or miss. Seafood and pizzas were great but breakfast and some of the lunch options left much to be desired. 「We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. 「The hotel was lovely/modern. The staff was incredible. The beach was located steps away it was so convenient. Although we had a car rental the grace bay shops were walking distance. The beach was incredible and the pool was refreshing. We watched the kids swim in it from our balcony-they enjoyed it after the beach. Overall it was wonderful.」

「Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!」
