Good place to stay for family

The place is good. The room is nice my kids love it. But its quite far like 750m from the train station. And walkable to mandarake like 1.3km. But still good place to stay

The entry process was complicated - this I believe can be improved. The place is in a convenient location and the bed was comfortable. Room was a bit tight for four of us, but what can you expect in this great location.

Property was 7 minutes to subway and 3 to bus station. 15-20 minute walk to Sapporo ice/snow festival. Clean and functional albeit tight but wonderful beds! If you want to hang out in your room all day this isn’t the place, but if you want a place to clean up, eat and sleep well this is the place.

すすきの、狸小路に近く　ショッピングや 朝、夜の飲食についても、歩いて行けるので 立地もよく、パーキングも、付近沢山あり すんなり駐車出来ました。五人で宿泊しましたが 子供らも部屋の作り、ベッドにも満足でした。

自分の家のようなホテル

飛行機の都合でチェックインが遅くなってしまいましたが、メールと電話にて丁寧に案内・対応していただきました。 部屋が2階で階段だったのでチェックイン・チェックアウト時のスーツケース上げ下げが少し大変でした。 部屋には洗濯機と洗剤があり、連泊してた為とても助かりました。タオルは人数分×日数分用意されていました。3泊お世話になりましたが、清掃は入りませんでした。気になるところがあれば備え付けの掃除機を使用すれば良いかと思います。 エアコン以外にもヒーターが2箇所にあり、シャワーを浴びる時だけ寒かったですが、それ以外は快適でした。シャワールームはかなり小型です。 チェックイン時部屋の確認をしていたところ、使用済みの丸まったティッシュが一つ机に放置されていたのには驚きましたが、それ以外はキレイだったと思います。 スーツケースも広々と広げられて、自分の部屋のようにリラックスできるホテルでした。 立地も良かったので、また利用したいです。

快適でした 設備があまりわからなかったので家から持って行ったのですが二度手間になってしまいました。 シャンプー、ボディソープ、洗濯洗剤、食器洗剤、スポンジ、バスタオル、ハンドタオル、お皿、グラス、マグカップ、お箸、フォーク、スプーン、トイレットペーパー、ティッシュペーパー、小さな冷蔵庫がありました 暖房設備もしっかりしていました コンディショナーがなかったです

部屋のコンパクトさにちょっと驚き、シャワールームの狭さにカルチャーショックを受けましたが、全体的にきれいにおしゃれにまとめられてて、洗濯物も干せるハンガーがあるなど、気付かいがあり良かったです。 シャワールームもこんなに狭いかって言うくらい狭かったけど、水圧はしっかりしてて、意外と快適でした。 上のベッドは柵がなく、子供や寝相の悪い人は厳しいかも。 私達には場所がわかりにくかった。 全部で3部屋ある建物だったけど、階段の上り下りがかなり響く。 あれは絶対カーペットや消音マットをひいてほしい。 夜中3時に洗濯機を回してる人がいて、そこまで大きな音ではなかったけど気になった。 ご近所がうるさいって言ってる理由の一つにもなると思うので、洗濯機の使用時間は決めた方がいいと思います。チェックインが私達以外もちょっと苦労してたようなので、必ず番号等はスクショして、すぐ出せるようにしておいたほうがいいと思います。 でも、値段を考えても心配りもあり、十分な宿でした。

4人で一部屋に泊まりたので良かった！ 部屋も綺麗で清潔感のある感じ。 ただ駐車場を探すのに苦労した。 近くに沢山コインパーキングがあったけど、近いところは満車で空きのある駐車場を探すのに苦労した。

今回6名で宿泊させて頂きました。 私がチェックインに手こずり、車を一時停止させていたところ、前方斜め辺りにお住いの高齢男性に駐車するなと怒鳴られました。滞在の際は速やかな荷物運びをおすすめします。 部屋は6人だとちょうど満員なので広々使いたい方は4名程度をおすすめします。冷蔵庫はかなり小さいのでコストコで買い物をした日にはもう全く入りません。 シャワールームにはボディソープとシャンプーのみです。髪を労りたい方はコンディショナーやトリートメントをご持参ください。 ドライヤーは2個あると思いきや、片方は煙と焦げた匂いがするので元々外に出ている方をご使用ください。 歯ブラシやタオル、食器類など清潔で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

家族連れはもちろん単身でも居心地の良さは格別

今回は夏休み中にも関わらずどこにもいけない姪っ子と、仕事半分遊び半分で3泊利用させてもらいました。無人チェックインははじめてでしたが、タブレットも鍵も簡単に操作できてストレス0でした。部屋は広々、掃除も行き届きほこり一つ落ちませんでした。装備品もドライヤー、歯磨きセット、タオルなど十分に用意頂いて快適に過ごせました。部屋の雰囲気もよく、緊急事態宣言で晩ご飯は買ってきて食べましたが、まるで実家にいるがごとくのんびりリラックスでき、久々に姪と楽しい時間を過ごせました。今回は料金も安かったので、出張でひとりで使うのもありかな、と想っております。コロナが開けたらもっと街を堪能できるのではといまから楽しみにしています。大変お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

最寄駅からは、数分歩きましたが、楽しく滞在できました。 必要なものは全て揃っていましたし、家族3人で利用しましたが、ダブルベットという事で、部屋も広々使えました。

Check-in was automatic and very easy. This hotel just opened in March and all are very clean. We walked a little bit from the station, but the route was almost straight, so not difficult to find the hotel. Children liked the bunk bed. it is a very kind price as accommodation if you stay in Sapporo with several children!
