A beautiful hotel with lovely design details. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent - worth ordering at least once during your stay.
Room was fantastic, layout and amenities were top quality. Everywhere was impecibly clean. The onsen was a deffinately highlight and wonderful experience.
Such a lovely, convenient, elegant and luxurious (+ excellent value for money) hotel. An easy walk from the train station/underground, even in cold weather. The room was spacious (especially by Japanese standards) with space for our luggage and also a quiet sitting area in the window, and we had a beautiful snowy view across the street and the park. Checkin/out were very easy, and we were able to leave our bags with reception when we arrived early. A perfect home base for our couple of days in Sapporo.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Awesome place to stay. Good location, very friendly and courtesy service. Onsen is a plus.
Decor and facilities were awesome, as was the Onsen - a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city on your feet!
I liked the quiet location and it was still very walkable to both Sapporo station and Susukino
The room was very clean and had a wonderful view, albeit a side view, of a nearby park. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. My only regret is that i let my western sensibilities keep me from experiencing the onsen itself.
Onsen was great. Room had great view with authentic amenities. It was at the center of the city which made it easy to visit lots of attractions. The pricing was very reasonable. Everything was quite perfect.
The hotel is very clean. The staff is polite and helpful. The onsen and sauna are great after walking a lot during the day. Everyday from 3 to 5 pm, they offer welcoming drinks. I stayed in their Shinjuku hotel before, and this one is just as nice.
Stayed for 2 nights with a family of 3. Facilities such as washer dryer were sufficient as there were 3 dryers and 3 washers on 2 levels.
The Onsen was great with the outdoor and indoor pools as well as a cold pool and a sauna. Clean and well-maintained.
There’s paid parking at the hotel that opens at 3pm aligned with check in timing.
Convenience stall just a few steps away.
From the hotel, we could walk to Odari Park.
Japanese breakfast arranged by the hotel was excellent and I think guests should give it a try.
Overall good stay, great vibes.
Staff was nice and always helpful. They offered complimentary drinks between certain hours (including wine), and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. The onsen was also quite nice, with multiple different temp pools to choose from. Only con was our room was a little dirty when we arrived (toilet room floor could use a scrub. There was a blood stain or something like that), and the bed sheets had a few loose hairs. The room itself looked nice but to be honest it wasn’t very efficient to use. There’s no real closet, no safe, and no place to really open your luggage. The snacks and the drop down seating area were nice though, and I really liked watching the snow fall from the large window. Overall, this hotel was good. I imagine the rushed cleaning is probably from the large number of guests they get, as the lobby was usually always full of people coming and going.
Everything about this ryokan is immaculate--the site is beautiful, the onsen is so healing, and the kaiseki was amazing. I absolutely loved my stay, here.
