「The outside is great very pretty and the cove is a great place to paddleboard. The house is much smaller than the pictures show. The inside is pretty old and needs work on a lot of things. They have a caretaker named Ben who is great and very helpful. You need to bring soap for the dishwasher and laundry. All in all a nice place to stay not far from grace beach.」

「My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants.

「The villa was perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy complete privacy yet close to everything! Fully stocked kitchen, lovely layout, enjoyed the private pool, plenty of loungers, pool floats & snorkeling gear; hammock, kayak, the beach was a few steps from the villa and amazing snorkeling right in front or down the beach (Smith’s Reef) and you can’t miss the perfect sunsets!!!
