「Sibonne is the hidden gem of Providenciales. Everyone from other hotels come here to eat and hijack beach seating areas but honestly the vibe is just amazing. We were especially happy with the staff at the Bistro and our receptionist Stacee, Ms. Natalie, Davidson, Jay, and O were amazing and super friendly. The room is cozy and comfortable with excellent working AC, the most comfortable king bed, and an amazing shower you don't want to get out from. You're than welcomed by a less than a minute...

「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「Incredible vacation and everyone in Our party loved it!! Beach was easily accessible and could snorkel right on your own beach and see beautiful fish. Pools were clean and staff was friendly and minimal wait times for dinner! We will definitely be coming back with our family of four!」
