「Our stay at The Tuscany was absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. Check-in was a breeze, and the manager personally walked us to our suite, showing us all the features and even offering to walk us to a nearby restaurant. The room was spacious and beautiful, with breathtaking views of the ocean. And the beach? Truly world-class — peaceful, pristine, and never crowded. Couldn’t recommend this place more!」

「This is a magnificent property. It's absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing and the food was excellent at the resort. There's not really much besides a little downtown area in Grace Bay (that you can walk to) for entertainment but we were happy with just hanging out at the resort and enjoying the pool, beach, food and drinks. The room was nicer than we expected too. All in all, a five star experience!」

「Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.」

「Thought the property was great, everyone was very accommodating. feedback I have is the mosquitos. They were in our room and everywhere - we were eaten alive! It would be nice if there was more a common area with activities. 」
