「There are friendly & kindly front desk staffs, bar. Also there are nice pool and spa. Breakfast is ok. There is Super market near the hotel. Also it has some restaurants around the hotel. House keeping is always on time. Its good. 」

「We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!」

「Beautiful resort. Housekeeping staff and hostess (Winnie) were so helpful and nice. Van driver Jeremy was wonderful. A few things to note…. The breakfast that is part of Expedia deal is exactly the same every day. You cannot get credit or substitutions. You can get water, or juice or coffee. Same fruit, same pastries all 7 days. We were disappointed. We ate breakfast at the WE restaurant and the restaurant manager seemed like she did not want to be there. No sense of service…On her phone...

「The Sands was a fine hotel but they fell short in several areas. Staff was generally unfriendly- specifically restaurant, store and front desk. There was an ant problem outside the room each night and we did find a few ants in our room. Room layout is awesome! Location also helpful. We like a resort feel and felt The Sands did a poor job of making guests feel pampered. Was very difficult to get beach service and when we did it arrived in a paper takeout bag. Also, there are very few game...
