「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「It was my first time in Turks and Caicos and it really had all the features you would want when you travel to an island like that extremely impressive beach some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen. In addition, the staff went above and beyond every single time every interaction with them fun friendly, extremely accommodating will absolutely be returning. Cannot wait to come back. Having the kitchenette and being able to whip up some breakfast on the fly is also a blessing.」

「Grace is a nice lady that took care of us! She welcomed us by email before we arrived. Because of the funeral she had us stay in the apartment close to the office. She is a great lady that takes care of her visitors to Club Caribe. It's not a hotel people need to realize this. It's an apartment that you maintain and for the money you can't go wrong!」
