「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「Everyone was extremely nice. Walkways to and from the beach were always swept and free of sand. Cab rides are expensive and only take cash. So bring plenty. 」

She is a great lady that takes care of her visitors to Club Caribe. It's not a hotel people need to realize this. It's an apartment that you maintain and for the money you can't go wrong!」

「Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.」
