タークスカイコス諸島の家族向けホテル

「I feel like everybody who worked at this resort wished they worked anywhere else. Never helpful, we asked the front desk for towels or umbrellas or other help and always felt like we were a bother. Basic amenities like a simple bottle of water weren’t available and the gift shop with expensive water closed at 6. Frankly skip this spot」

「Beautiful adult, clean, friendly staff place. No complaints」

「Wonderful!」

「There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

「The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. 」

「Amazing staff, such a peaceful place and close to everything you need.」
