"We checked in after midnight for a one night stay (our flight had been delayed). I ask if it was possible to do a late check out ( one hour) from 11 am to 12. Yes but 3500yen for one hour. That's a bit steep. Otherwise lovely hotel. Illy coffee in room."

"This is a very clean hotel. The staff try very hard to keep it that way. The location was great for us. Right across the road was Chinatown with a plethora of restaurants and take out food shops. Ten minutes walk took us to the harbour with gardens and sites. There is a tour bus stop right in front of the hotel. Also a airport bus stop. Our only complaint was the beds were too firm and the pillows too soft. "
