"Very nice stay and lovely staff!"

"It was a very memorable experience for us. We were greeted by a friendly and warm welcome staff named Nhu who checked us in, explained the baths, dining and the rooms. This ryokan provided two consecutive delicious traditional "kaiseki" dinners and breakfasts and the chefs and waitress were clearly dedicated to providing not only the tasty Japanese authentic food courses but also the extremely artistic presentations. The in room private baths were relaxing and invigorating. We were totally...

"The hotel is great, room is big for Japanese standards and the bathroom is the best feature. Staff is very helpful, they all speak English so it is easy to communicate. The amenities, breakfast, etc., are simply great. Yes, it’s a great modern hotel right by the beach in a wonderful town. I wish we had stayed longer, it is worth staying for 2 weeks or even longer if you like the beach, surfer Hawaiian style."

"Great staff, great accomadations, great location!"

"Our favorite place to stay in Japan!"

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the place was beautiful. Would recommend buying mosquito repellent in advance as the outside was swarming"

"Our ryokan stay was a highlight of our once-in-a-lifetime visit to Japan. The whole property was gorgeous and elegant and the staff were exceptionally friendly, even coming to pick us up after a sightseeing excursion. The onsens, both private and public/outdoor, were amazing and the multi-course dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Highly recommend this stay for a rewarding, authentically Japanese experience."
