"Das Hotel empfing uns freundlich, musste jedoch feststellen, dass wir für 2026 gebucht hatten. In weniger als einer Stunde war die Stornierung und Neubuchung durch. Wir bekamen noch den Hinweis, dass unser Zimmer kein Fenster laut Buchung hat - daraufin gab es ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße. "We enjoyed staying in this hotel for 5 nights. Room was spacious, clean, and with cigarette odor. We had requested a non-smoking room. The hotel serves excellent breakfasts, 7-9 am, with Chinese and western foods. The hotel staffs at the front desk and in the dining room are quite friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very good experience staying in this Days Inn City Centre Xi'an."

"This hotel is perfectly located in a not so clean neighborhood. But other than that hotel is very good. Staff great. Clean and breakfast was good options.

"Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."
