「I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.」

「The home was lovely, spacious inside and out. We enjoyed the pool table, the fireplaces and the many areas for us to socialize. Great location to many restaurants and a wonderful kitchen to cook in. We now have special family memories to share.It would be helpful to have a book/instructions explaining all of the remote controls, we didn't find the jacuzzi controls, or instructions for check out.」

「Grandparents and Aunt flew in from East Coast to meet Grandchildren age 6 and 8 (and their parents.) H2O Sanctuary was our ideal place. Plenty of room inside. Inground pool and separate hot tub outside. Sitting on a lagoon. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool with their lifeguard Aunt with them. Lots to do locally. Plenty of dining in or out opportunities. The big garage was a plus to keep our cars out of the Arizona sun when not in use. Hosts were very timely responding to our...

「Perfect place for 4 kids ranging from 5-12 to all play together and enjoy family time. The kids declared that they wanted to live there after the first 10 minutes outside on the basketball court, pickle ball court, and volleyball court. We enjoyed baseball/football games on the outdoor tv while in the pool; fire pit at night with smores; and an awesome movie night experience in the theatre room complete with 6 queen/full beds in stadium seating set up. Truly an amazing house with great hosts....

"・たまたま空いていたからだと思うが、到着日の朝8時にチェックインでき、部屋も使わせて頂けた。ほとんど眠れなかった夜行便での到着だったので、とても助かった。・チェイスフィールドでの野球観戦には最適、徒歩3分で球場に行くことができる。・部屋はとても清潔で、冷蔵庫・電子レンジも備わっており、快適に過ごすことができる。・提供される朝食も良かった。"

"空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。"
