Great stay!

We had 13 of us for a bachelorette and had a wonderful experience! The home was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels/etc, and the pool and outside area were so nice! I will say it was not necessarily steps away from Old town. Most places were a 10 minute uber away which was still fantastic!

Sunny vacay

Great space! Needs a refresh of carpets, outdoor chairs, paint, etc. master bedroom sheets were questionable as we found a few hairs upon pulling back sheets, so we chose a different bed.

My family stayed at Lance’s home for my son’s fire academy graduation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lance was gracious enough to allow us to host a family open house to celebrate, which meant so much to us. The house itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—the beds especially were amazing.When we had a small issue with the fire pit, his wife Miriam arranged for it to be repaired immediately so we could enjoy it. Their communication was always prompt and thoughtful, and their generosity toward my family was truly appreciated.I had been stressed about finding a comfortable place for our group of seven adults, as well as a host willing to trust us to have a gathering. I feel so lucky to have found this home. It was cozy and relaxing—so much so that we were so content just hanging there the entire time. We spent four peaceful days hanging by the pool and enjoying the comfortable living room. We also reunited with family in the area, making the weekend even more special. We had recently had a tragic passing of a young family member so not only was this a celebration of my son, but an opportunity to spend precious time healing together. I will never forget Lance and Miriam’s kindness and hospitality. Their home helped make a meaningful weekend absolutely unforgettable.

Great spot to get away!

This property was awesome! The backyard is such a great space to hangout with friends. Everything about it felt spacious and fit my group of 15 guys comfortably. It is a nice short ride to down town Scottsdale and had a great kitchen as well as updated backyard!! Can’t say enough good things about it we loved our stay.

Spacious with nice pool

I stayed here with a group of friends and we enjoyed it. The pool was definitely our favorite part. The separate room was too warm to use, but Lance was super flexible.

We had an amazing stay. It was very spacious. A lot of room for sleeping. Outdoor space was AWESOME! Very clean and stocked perfectly. Host responded immediately if we had any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Scottsdale and would definitely come back.

Girls weekend

The house was clean, and well-stocked, great location, and excellent communication with the host! They could assist us almost immediately with any minor issues or questions we had. If you're looking for a house near activities in Old Town Scottsdale this is the house for you! We had a group of girls between the ages of 21 and 26 and all had the best time!

Old town vacay

I took my family to Scottsdale for the first time and we all had a blast. The home is conveniently located really close to old town and has everything you need. My kids loved the heated pool and the games that were setup in the backyard, along with having decent space back there to throw the football around. The outdoor tv and fire setup is also nice for the adults to have a couple cocktails around while the kids burn off some energy in the pool;)Lance was extremely punctual and helpful with his communication. I wouldnt hesidtate to stay here again. Thank you, Lance, for being a great host. All the best, Jared

Perfect family Vrbo

This was by far the best Vrbo experience I’ve had to-date. The listing was spot on, management was responsive and transparent, the place was clean and the pool was warm. Location was great - just 10-15 minutes drive to most everything. Also, the pool is fenced, which was great for our peace of mind with little kids. The check-in/check-out process was seamless and easy. Specifically the check-out process is on-par with leaving a hotel. You don’t have to do anything. We will definitely stay at this place again if it’s available on our next trip to Phoenix.

Great Bachelorette Party Stay!

We had a great time! Lance and Dana were very responsive and helpful! It was about a 10 min drive to all the restaurants we went to in old town, but the grocery store, gas station, etc were all within minutes. There was a gate around the pool, not shown on the pictures. Must be an ordinance thing! Still loved using the pool and the outdoor area. Everything was really clean and we were impressed they provided nice shampoo, plenty of dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a few other things past rentals have not! Would recommend!

Great bachelorette house!

I stayed at Lance’s house for the past 4 nights with 14 other girls for my bachelorette. It was a perfect house. The pool (there is a fence around) and backyard is perfect. There is plenty of space and furniture (to seat around 8) but plenty to walk around and lounge in pool. There is a washer/dryer which is nice to wash towels/dry bathing suits, etc. The kitchen and common room area are big. I think it was also really well taken care of! One thing I would mention is that the bedroom with the bunk beds truly only sleeps 6 (1 on top, 2 on bottom). There is a weight limit. However, there are 3 air mattresses that you can put in living room and casita. Casita is REALLY nice escape! It only sleeps 2 (but room for air mattress). The house was 10 mins from downtown and the airport and Ubers/waymo are easily accessible! Overall my group loved their time and there were no issues! Highly recommend!

Great outdoor area IF pool is heated

The property is very clean. The layout inside and out is wonderful for a couple or large family. The beds are very comfy, bed linen super soft, pillows fluffy and new. Bath gel, shampoo and conditioner provided is nice quality (not generic). The outdoor casita is very nice and private. The bed, kitchen and bath are beautiful. Not sure about AC. Pool is large and very clean. They have a pest control company spray outdoors. Lots of games etc. However, the property is run down and not cared for 100%. Examples: towel racks falling off the wall, mirrors scraping the wall, refrigerator has broken compartments, lots of lightbulbs out, outdoor fireplace jets never got above 1 inch-they need cleaning, screen door handle falling off so they used a 2 inch screw to hold it on (huge deal if it tears your skin), the list goes on. The living room furniture is very old and has lost it's stuffing. It's a nice property but it needs some TLC that only an owner can give. We never got the pool heated, Lance responded a couple of times then he ghosted me. I would have loved to swim, the pool is large and very clean. This was one of the reasons we chose this property. Very disappointed in lack of follow up to take care of it. The property is also in a very old neighborhood, not much to look at, a little sketchy. It has a huge electrical pole and transformer in the back corner of the yard-not a great view. Knowing all of this I would stay here again, I would just adjust my expectations a little bit.
