「The Kimpton Hotel was very nice and clean. The location of the Hotel was very convenient you have the basketball and baseball teams arenas within walking distance and also downstairs next door they had a nice and delicious breakfast spot. The rooftop-bar/pool area was very nice and relaxing. The staff at the Kimpton Hotel was very nice and helpful with our stay there. I would recommend to others when visiting Phoenix.」

「清潔感があり、滞在していて気持ちが良かったです。部屋が寒かったので、毛布を持って来てもらいましたが、頼んでいないのに簡易ヒーターも持って来てくれました。駐車場が裏通りの場所まで5分ほど歩いて行かないと行けないので、それが少し面倒でした。」

「普通のホテルですが、トランジットには普通がありがたいです。また利用したいです。」

「It seems that there are fewer employees compared to the size of the facility. There were often instances when the front desk was unattended. Additionally, there is a kitchen, but there are no amenities such as a kettle, and it is not possible to boil water. Room cleaning during the stay is not provided even if one week stay, and guests need to bring their own used towels and exchange them themselves.」

「The staff was the best things here other then that the cleanliness was below average and the noise was the worst I constantly heard the person up stairs with every move they made and it was hard to sleep or get peace! Overall I would say it’s a two or one out of 5 but the staff and service boast it’s up a start or two 」
