「Pros: I didn't hear any train noise (but we love trains no complaints from our family about trains) it was clean, quiet, good A/C, good heater, great hot and cold running water, great water pressure. You get to park in your own space by your own trailer or cabin. My daughter liked the loft and we opened all the windows and kept them open all day and night. We like fresh air as much as possible.
