「The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the vouchers for room service and the little welcome pack with drinks and snacks! The only blight during my stay was the appalling customer service at the gift shop in the hotel - I have never experienced such outright rudeness. I would definitely the Renaissance Downtown to people looking to stay in downtown Phoenix!」

「The overnight stay was a bday gift for my daughter .. from the initial check in to the apt and other amenities she was overly impressed and very happy in my choice. She got to relax after becoming a new mommy it’s needed, and catch up with a few friends . Landy was extremely helpful and just kind, can’t wait until I get to getaway for a day or two this is my choice it radiates peace and good for a reset refocus refresh . 」

「You should confirm check in, parking, enter building, door unlock all procedure as much as possible. I had many trouble, Particularly Parking terrible. My car was towed there are same number parking slot. If not correct. Immediately towing. It takes time for find car, addition payment about 200$ in my case. Be careful , while using this facility.」

「Clean apartment. Had a little trouble getting into the building the first night, but had great communication with the rental company to resolve the issue. Had access to the pool, fitness room and game room which was nice.」

「Overall this was a very nice place to stay. The directions for getting in were a little confusing and I wasn’t given the parking space information. I did get assistance right away, though. However, the biggest disappointment was the couch. It was small and super uncomfortable. A better couch would have made all the difference. 」
