Outlet malls and indoor shopping centers are located within a 20 minute driving distance. Arizona Cardinals and Coyotes are 20 minutes away and don't forget you are right in the heart of the MLB's Cactus league spring training.
Newly renovated and new furnishings, 2 large flat screen televisions, open back yard with a nice patio for coffee or BBQ's. House was perfect for our snowbird visit to Sun City. Owner was very responsive and great to communicate with. Love looking into the backyard to see the laden grapefruit trees. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.

A charming house

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It is very comfortable and the owner furnished and supplied the house with everything we needed. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming.
