「The condo has two bedrooms, each with its en suite bathroom. The bedrooms were large with ample closet space, and double-sink vanities. Great for traveling with a family when we need to all get ready at the same time. The couch has a pull-out bed, so this should be listed as a 2 bedroom. The condo was mostly clean, though I notice that the floor could have been cleaned better. Kitchen was tight but has the basic amenities, including basic condiments and a Keurig coffeemaker. 「The condo was spacious and met all of our needs. The place was clean (except for the big windows facing the lake) and everything worked as expected. The communal pool and hot tub were very nice and the kids loved it (oh, so did the adults). The airplanes were a bit noisy and disturbing at times, but we were able to work our way through it. 「We had a difficult time communicating with how to enter the property once we got there. That caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Then, two of the rooms say they have beds large enough for two adults. That’s not accurate. One is a bunk bed that is not comfortable and one room is a small double bed. My 6’3” son slept on the 5” couch every night as a result. Would be comfy for one adult couple with kids.」

「Our Stay at Vacasa was just what we were looking for. Enough room for our family of four to stretch out and relax after a busy day in Phoenix. The place was quiet and comfortable. Quite unique having a waterfront view. I enjoyed watching the ducks from the patio. 」

We had a very late check in time because of our flight.We got to the place at 2:30 in the morning and the lock didn't work. After six tries I tried to call for help but no one answered. after 11 tries the lock finally opened. It turns out the lock needed a new battery.Owners, please check battery of lock box . Thank you」

「Great location 2 blocks from town and very close to campus. We rented a car so we could be on our own schedule for an event, but most wouldn’t need to of you just want to be by campus. Only a few blocks walk (or run) to be along the river for pretty views of town. Manager had great communication and the pool and hot tub on site were clean and secure. For us our only issue was traveling with our son who is 6’4”. The space is great for a couple alone or with a younger kid. It was a little tight...
