「A great, convenient stay.」

「The condo is as pictured! Clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, nice pool area! We would stay here again!」

「Wonderful customer service at check in! Pool area was very nice. Condo had supplies like keurig pods, detergent, laundry items, tp, shampoo / conditioner/ body wash / hair dryer. Huge help in not having to go out & get a ton of stuff ! Very much appreciated! 」

「Property specifically the pool was well maintained and clean. The outside facilities with the ping pong table, foosball and cornhole were in really bad shape Some of the monitors that control the light and ceiling fans were missing batteries」

「Great host/communicator. Comfortable place, good amenities.」

「Property was clean and nicely appointed Host was pleasant and helpful We had an issue with the a/c and the host had someone there reasonably quickly but it took a while to fixOtherwise a pleasant stay」

「Solid location, quiet, and just really easy process. Good communication with Noah, and that's the key.」

「super cute and clean area and such a good price!」

「Very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the condo was cool when we got there. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.」

「It is the perfect getaway spot! Located less than 10-15mns from all the sights, Old Town, the Phoenix Zoo, restaurants and other major attractions (at least the ones I wanted to visit). The rental itself was perfect-- it is fully equipped and stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. The host was super responsive, kind and flexible. I will definitely stay here again!」

「Everything was setup great! Will comeback for sure!」

「It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again.」

「This place was perfect! Clean and comfortable. The host was great and made sure we were settled in and had everything that we needed. 10/10」

「Quiet clean unit.」

「We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. Couple of minor suggestions: Bed sheets were not cotton so a little on the hotter side, we could have used a few extra towels (if we would have asked I am positive the property manager would have brought...

「Sherman is a great host! The property is clean and comfortable. We appreciated a comfortable couch. We will be back」

「Home was decorated fun and whimsical! Place was super clean. Covered parking spot off the street was key for us as we had a car full of stuff and didn’t worry about it at all!Wonderful host and experience! Totally will stay there again when we are back in Phoenix.」

「The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. The fan light in the room kept going on and off so we were unable to use the fan in the room. Moving air would have been more comfortable.」
