"I really liked this Hyatt. It's in a great location. From the roof pool you can watch the planes go over the little mountain right next to the property and it is pretty cool. The staff was definitely helpful and the parking garage and its lay out was easy and I could see my srt from the hotel window. Will stay again."

"I had an excellent stay and would gladly stay here again. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of parking, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. What really stood out was their honesty and customer service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the room. The staff actually called me to let me know they had found it and held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That level of integrity and attention to guests is rare and greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean rooms, great staff, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!"

"Room was a good size. Staff was friendly. Did not like the bed, just not comfortable for me and my wife. The toilet seat was square and just awkward and the flush didn't work every time. Parking was across the street but was fine. House keeping came through and remade the bed without changing sheets. Replaced the towels but only left 1 face/wash cloth. There is more to say, but let's just say we will be staying somewhere else next visit."
