"Hotel was great, pool was nice, everyone was friendly, only thing we wish we had was a chair or two on the balcony. Parkade was easy to access! All in all would Stay here again"

"Hyatt House is located at a very convenient location in downtown Scottsdale. Near Old Town and many restaurants. Staff accommodated us for an early check-in. Complimentary breakfast was better than many other hotels we have stayed. Must realize that this is a three-story hotel without an elevator and room changes are done every other day. We were there three nites and were on first floor. The bar is next to the check-in where we were having a drink, and a number of arrivals were not aware of these limitations and somewhat upset to learn as they arrived"

"Cheap motel with parking in a good location. Room appeared reasonably clean but all furniture & linens were bare minimum & cheap. "

" We only stayed for 1 night. When we arrived we were greeted and given 2 goodie bags with our room keys. The room was clean and spacious. The only negative would be the water pressure was weak. The breakfast was very good and once again we were met with a friendly employee as we checked out. The location is excellent for town square and camelback mountain."
