"Assistant general manager Ricky was by far the best GM I've ever seen at a hotel. In the three days we stayed he checked us in because there was a line. Cleaned tables at both breakfast and happy hour. Served drinks and asked how every table was. Do everything to keep him around. He's a definite keeper. "
