Nothing in the kitchen to use for cooking or cleaning. No coffee pot. I found this hotel terrible for guests. limited towels only 2 bath towels no wash cloths, no hand towels. Being a new hotel it was clean, can't imagine in a few years what it will look like. Seems like homeless people live there. Thought it was overpriced for getting nothing. No breakfast. no ice machine.. I would NEVER recommend this hotel chain.

This review is difficult and one I never want to do. The Staff was wonderful and the Building was super clean (Now that's out of the way). Part 1 Safety This place was really bizarre. The rooms were 100% new and picture perfect, however, the couch, bed, and the chairs were super hard. the toilet was really low to the ground, the shower is super slippery, narrow, and zero hand rails. Lets not forget the (slippery) floors. they felt great to walk on until you took off your shoes. No Joke, with all things mentioned, it felt like a life risk being in the place. Part 2 (the 4 story mobile home park) Once we settled in, we notice this place is just like a 4 story mobile home. the furnishing, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, tv, stove, bath tub, (everything) is for an RV. (Crazy, Bazaar chit) Little Side Comedy Once we arrive its explained that if we need extra pillows theirs a charge??? and the extra fee I see on the invoice is a laundry fee??? (I did not know it was extra to have them clean the sheets). I ask them if there's anything going on, on the property and its explained, " someones cooking on the grill right there" and "I can go hang out and watch em"??? Stayed 2 nights and the 1st day back I had to take off from work. Recovering from major back pains, neck pains

This hotel has very limited parking, entrance is on the East side of building and usually no one at the counter. Staff were not friendly, in person and when I called before my stay to check for amenities I was told they don’t know and to call back when the manager was there. There is one elevator and four floors. They have a couple vending machines near the elevator on the first floor near the West side exit door. The floors were dirty. The elevator was dirty. The reservation was for two people, four days & three nights (our wedding weekend) and had one small squeeze bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap and dirty towels to use, yes they were folded stained. The bed is on a metal spring frame with no box spring and the mattress is very thin. The sheets had stained mascara on them and the pillowcases. The kitchenette was not equipped with pots/pans/dishware. All cabinets were empty. There is no breakfast of any kind other than a keurig machine in their check in lobby and the vending machines pop tarts. I would not recommend nor come back here for any reason especially since we paid $600 on Expedia for this. Have the amenities and professionalism if you’re going to charge this much.

The room was spotless, the beds comfortable, and an Olive Garden about a five minute drive away. The only downside was that it WAS kind of easy to hear noises from other rooms.

The staff was pleasant, but this hotel is not for travelers. People live there and have no regard for others trying to rest during their stay. Since the walls are paper thin they make noise all night and you hear e ery bit of it. They smoke marijuana on the premises; and as soon as you enter the hotel/motel room, it reaks of roach spray. That should have told me something right away. I had to change my room 2 times and the noise above and next to my room was the same. LOUD ALL NIGHT. It was so bad, I had originally booked my stay for 2 weeks, and had to cancel my 2nd week to stay in another name brand hotel on the other side of town, which was peaceful, clean and safe. Don't waiste your money trying to save a few pennies staying at this hotel/motel. You will be very disappointed.

Staff not very professional. Although the room was new and spotless, it felt cheap and sterile. No amenities, no shampoo, one bar of soap, no hand towels, other bath towels, thin and cheap, shower so weak, barely felt clean. Noise from upstairs, ridiculous, on and on

Staff is rude and unprofessional i just lost my job dude to being retaliated at work because i reported my manager s..... harassed me and my boyfriend just lost his son and mentally not right. So we are having a hard time with are last dollar...!!we were just getting out the shower with no cloths on,and a lady that dont even work there walked in are room with out knocking or anything. So i was really freaking out,so my boyfriend called front desk very calmly as you will see in, The video ask why someone just walked in are room ,the lady said they were have a party and were getting chairs,out of the room that were vacant and he said well its not can i get the manager information? She said no shes not there then he asked for corporate office and she got a attitude and said she didn't have and go ahead and call corporate and hung up.. I couldn't believe what just happen?? So we got dressed and went to talk to the front desk to get a explanation, i recored the hole thing, so the lady was rude went we told her what happened saying they were sorry, and my boyfriend ask what were they going to do?? She said she let them no not to do it,and then the front desk lady was getting ugly and called the GM over and we explained what happened all she did was answered a question with a question, then said since we did not ferl safe wr should and gave us 5 minutes to pack our dtuff and kicked us out.

Completely shocjed at this place and it was not the place but the staff especially the GM. After some one that did not even work there,walked in are room mind you we were naked.i was so scared and wondering who had akey to are room. So we called just to get hing up on,so went to the front got kicked out and put on do not rent list. For asking for corporate. Baffling. I will be pressing chages and getting a hold of my uncle for a lawsuits.
