Staff was friendly and efficient. She found a room close to the office for me. I really appreciated the kitchenette. I was traveling with a baby and the fridge, microwave, and dish soap really helped. My only complaint was booking a two queen but instead getting a sleeper couch.

A great home away from home spit

This is one of the best hotel in AZ. I’ve been going there for years now and I always loved the breakfast served by the hotel and the staff is always friendly.

Spotless room and friendly staff. Only downside was that it appears to be a smoking area very close to the main entrance, requiring breathing cigarette smoke to enter the property—otherwise, an excellent place for families given the kitchenette and laundry facility. There is a $5 parking fee that I wasn't aware of; it should be clearly stated before the booking is made.

Late night check in. Great Breakfast

Arrived late evening. No one at the front desk. Called the hotel and no answer. Walked around and found the front desk person in the fitness room stocking waters. Room was cold and I was unable to control the thermostat. Great breakfast and friendly staff. All in all a good stay and I would return.

I liked parking lot has great space and Front Dest Staff good job and pleasure to talk to. Breakfast has fell off person working that area not doing good job. Hot water for my Tea tastes like coffee and I hate the taste of coffee.

The place needs maintenance. Bath tub is peeling off, ceiling has some rust above the bath and the room needs to be deep cleaned. We called ahead for a crib but it wasn’t ready when we arrived past their check in time. Front desk has poor customer service. Housekeeping is every other day. They did not pick up our trash considering we have a baby with us. I wouldn’t recommend this place although it was accessible to many areas and the breakfast bar is decent enough.

Our room smelled like old fish. The room was tidy but looked old and dirty. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been washed in years, there were drinks and peanut butter in the fridge that I assume belonged to the previous guests. The freezer had an ice machine that I wouldn’t trust eating ice out of because it looked dirty. Lots of homeless people in the area. It was a central location though, so there were plenty of restaurants and stores around.

Could of been better for a 4 night stay

The room was clean upon arrival, i requested twice on night three for house keeping to service the room, my request went unanswered by 3 people. We then requested a new room since it was already too late on the 3rd night. They did leave fresh towels in a plastic bag outside our room door. Their breakfast had great options. The studio room was spacious. Did not appreciate that there was no screen on the window so we could not leave the window open for fresh air. AC worked well. The available body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower needed to be refilled.

Hidden fees

No where do they state a charge for parking. After check out I received a charge on my credit card for $12 for parking. I also was not informed ahead that my room would be next to two rooms being renovated the adhesive smell was so bad we had to leave for several hours for our room to air out. The place is in need of renovation so I am glad they are doing it. Warning before check in would be appreciated. Currently the bathroom fan is inadequate, the tub is rusty and the ceilings are in need of retexture. The bed is good but aged. The pillows are comfortable. Kitchen has a sufficient amount of dishes and cookware to make the place home for a week. The “free” breakfast is awesome! Real food: sausage/bacon, eggs, waffles and a bread selection

Great condition and upkeep i side and outside. Breakfast was good and well-stocked and managed. The area was a bit noisy. One night I woke up by a loud bang outside. Other evenings traffic noise can be heard till 10-11 pm. Great place for a relaxing stay, otherwise. Fair price and great value I think.
