Welcome to our stunning Uptown house, located in the heart of uptown and just a short walk away from a variety of shops and restaurants. With 3800 square feet of luxurious living space, our 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends traveling together.

Recently remodeled, our home boasts a spacious and modern interior with tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. Step outside onto the wraparound deck and take in the spectacular red rock views, or head to the newly built private backyard to enjoy the heated pool and spa. The outdoor BBQ area and firepit are perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Inside, the loft area features a second fully equipped kitchen, living room, and sitting room, providing ample space for large groups to spread out and relax. The main kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cooking supplies, including spices and cooking oils, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Our home is also kid-friendly and comes with a crib, highchair, and stroller for your convenience. Plus, our comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep for all. We recently completely remodeled the master bathroom. Floor to ceiling tile and a new Toto Neorest toilet!

It was a beautiful home and just blocks from restaurants and shopping, and minutes away from great trails for hiking! Great house for up to two families given the way it’s set up. Totally separate space with full kitchen that sleeps 4. Well maintained.

AMAZING Sedona Stay for our whole family.

What an incredible home. We got together for my mom's 75th with our extended family and could not be happier with our stay. The hosts were very communicative the whole time. The house had everything we needed to cook, BBQ and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for us with the kids sharing the bunk room. LOCATION was perfect, walkup to all the shops of the uptown area, Pink Jeep etc. Amazing balcony on the top level that also had a separate full kitchen. Pool, BBQ area was perfect to cool off after being out in the sun all day. We will stay here again if we make it back. I travel a lot with groups and am usually the planner and this home exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend

Great Space & Location

Our group of 12 (ages 16-76) fit comfortably in the home and it was a great location. We were unable to get the hot tub to heat (in December) but overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Everything you need is here. Such an amazing location and spectacular views. The house accommodated our group of 8 women perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet yet so close (walking distance) to great restaurants and destinations. The kitchen is well stocked with all the needs, pool and hot tub were great, and the beds were super comfy. I would highly recommend!

Such a great property! We were impressed with how much baby items they had to accommodate for our son. The neighborhood was quiet, scenery was great and the weather was fantastic which made it nice to enjoy the pool. The house was clean, spacious and we loved all the amenities! Would rebook again!

Great house in a great Sedona location!

My family of 4 adults and 3 children enjoyed spending our annual family vacation in this lovely home. The location of the house was a plus as it is in walking distance to town. Also, after a hike relaxing in the pool and hot tub was wonderful. The house itself has a nice layout. Lots of room. We also enjoyed the grill. I would recommend this home for a fun family vacation.

Amazing Sedona getaway!

My girlfriends and I stayed at the house for a girls weekend! The house was great! Beds for all twelve of us and lots of sitting areas for us to hang and relax. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the location of the property was walkable to town. I would highly recommend this house for others to rent. Thank you!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with so many items. The pool and hot tub were fabulous! It was a great place for our 9 family members to enjoy games and recharge between our tours and outings. Wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely stay here again! A++++

Girls weekend

The location and size of the home are spectacular. We could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. When we arrived, we were stunned by the size of the house. It was MORE than comfortable for 8 girls. The upstairs 'suite' is its own little retreat. Between the stunning views and the enormous bathroom, we didn't want to leave that portion of the home.

Fabulous house

My wife and I along with 5 adult family members and a 7 month old baby stayed here for 4 nights. The place is great- no complaints. We hit a stretch of colder and wetter weather than normal but still we had a great time hiking and checking out the town. We also had fun at the house- playing cards, cooking meals, and spending time in the pool and hot tub. Even in the evening when it was in the mid 40s the heated pool felt warm and comfortable. Even though the house is rather expensive I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Great Sedona place to stay with extended family

This lovely home had a separate wing for us as the Grandparents in the group. It is beautiful and has everything you would want as your "own place". The rest of the house gave privacy to my son and his family. If you want to be able to walk to stores and restaurants, this is the place. It is just far enough away from uptown that you don't get the town noise or clutter. but close enough to walk to if wanted.

As described

The house had exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. For our family of 10, with ages from 12 through 78, the house provided plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. We paid to heat the pool which provided lots of entertainment for the kids. Great walking distance to town. Downtown Sedona was very busy the week between Christmas and New Years so being able to walk locations made it easier.

Great Option for our Girls Weekend

We have an annual Girls Weekend with 10 longtime friends. When looking in Sedona, there are not many options for larger groups. We were fortunate to find this house. It is 5 bedrooms and the master has two king sized beds. It is very new and well decorated and had all of the amenities we needed. The back patio was well-designed for the space: a nice pool and beautiful hot tub and glass fire pit. The view of the red rocks from the upstairs balcony was stunning. We also arranged a private yoga instructor and did a lovely yoga class on the house driveway with that view (ahhhh). The beds were very comfortable and the owners graciously included extra amenities like several types of coffee makers (including coffee & pods!), the basics like paper towels and tp (not all rentals do), and filtered water. The location is great, just blocks to popular restaurants and central to all Sedona sites. Perfect for our needs. We did have some technical difficulties, which did get resolved, but were a bit time consuming. I would recommend reminding the owners close to the rental if you choose to pay for the pool to be warmed. We showed up and both the hot tub and pool were not being heated. The hot tub warmed up fast, but the pool didn't the desired temp until the next day. The owners refunded one day of the fee, but was unfortunate since we were only there for 3 nights. Also the electric door lock malfunctioned for the first two days and we had trouble with the main TV. The owners worked to resolve the issues, but required time to resolve. The door lock and TV should work going forward. Overall still a five star stay. Thank you!
