"We've been here for months and never had an issue that wasn't addressed, hot water is excellent in our room, AC is also excellent, we didn't have any issues with anything really... Neighbors are pretty quiet, front desk manager is really nice and ready to work with, its inexpensive and I sleep like a baby here. I think that some reviews are really harsh and over the top because I've been on 3 different rooms here and if something was needed, Gigi makes sure to take care of it right away."

"Do not stay here!!!!! I was afraid to leave my stuff in the room. We found two crack torches under the bed. The rooms have not been dusted in years. I asked for 2 queens and got a full. The owner was extremely rude. She called the police on another customer because they asked for the deposit back. And the police kicked her (the customer) out. I’m pretty sure this lady steals guests money. One of the good reviews that this lady posted in her window to brag was “it’s always an adventure when you stay here.” That adventure isn’t a good one.
