"Needed a place in downtown Mesa and Azure met our needs. The hotel & room were clean. Very convenient and affordable. Since Management is phasing out the free continental breakfast as of 4/30/26, the selection was limited - boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea. Since it was a free service, it will not lower the prices of the rooms. "

"This property is such a lovely stat. Right in downtown Mesa but not loud or super busy. Easily within walking distance of restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and confortable. I will definitely stay here again if im in the area."

"There was blood splattered on the ceiling and shower curtain rod over the tub. Tiles around the tub were missing. There was no hairdryer. I was ogled by worker men whenever I went in or out of my room. The mattress was worn & uncomfortable, the a/c unit was dirty and rattled, and the stairwell leading to my room was gross. I got a refund and found another hotel instead."
