We had lost luggage at the airport and Karen at the front desk and Miracle (sorry if I didn't get that correct???) who drives the transport van went above and beyond to help us recover it from the airport prior to our connecting flight the next morning. 5-Stars for each of them and our never-ending gratitude!!

We had a very nice stay at Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix. The room was fantastic—clean, comfortable, spacious, and had great amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff was also wonderful and did a great job. The included breakfast was okay and had a decent selection. Some of the food was cold, and a few items needed to be refilled more quickly. I think the kitchen staff could be a little more attentive to keeping everything stocked and warm, as well as a bit friendlier with guests. That said, it wasn’t bad at all for a complimentary breakfast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the room, amenities, cleanliness, and service from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again!
