"All of the staff were so kind and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and only wish the weather would’ve been better so we could make use of all of the amenities!"

"Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I liked the self check in, even though it was due to a power outage. However, we were not informed about leaving the room key in the room prior to our checking out. Thankfully, we were not charged for it. We definitely didn’t mind keeping it as memento of our trip to the Grand Canyon. The wait staff in the cafeteria did not seem as cheerful as staff we encountered. The text/tech staff was helpful giving information about a gas station in the park. It was a whirlwind day trip for us but we definitely plan to be back to take it all in at a slower pace. "
