This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.

Property was just as described. Only problem we encountered was a very dirty bathtub. My 8 year old son would not bathe in there. We ended up bathing at my sister’s house. With no person on site, it made it impossible to get problem solved in the 5 days we were there.

Very happy with services, the host was amazing, great communication, apartment was very nice and the whole staying experience was excellent and affordable. The gym and pool are what we love and enjoyed most I highly recommend this place we will definitely comeback !!

This is my terrible experience in this location where I tried to understand that I rent a hotel on the contrary they rent me an apartment something very confused is that you rent with main hotel but you need to deal with 3 Different companies that .makes you confused I paid for the hotel room and when you go to the process they requested to pay another $39 dollars to continue with checking in that is terrible cause ripping off your money also wasn't available to get in the apartments due to locked the right information eventhough I spent 2 hours in the hot weather over 95 Fahrenheit degrees outside this company didn't care about customers I requested to my refund and they declined also I speak with expedia customer service and they let me alone give it support to that company who didn't care about customers

Overall the apartment was clean and spacious. However, the check in process was a little complicated and we ended up having to wait a while before we could check in since we booked it and wanted to check in right away. Also it was advertised as a place to sleep 4 with a double bed and a pullout sofa bed. The sofa was a fold down leather sofa, more like a futon that wasn’t comfortable and wouldn’t sleep 2 unless they were small kids. The pool was a big selling point but it was closed for maintenance during our stay. It also doesn’t open until 9:00 and checkout is at 10:00 so don’t plan on swimming on your last day there. The living room light didn’t work.
