「The property is as described, clean and great. I really enjoyed my stay. I like that the unit allows so much natural light in, and if you don’t want the natural light, there are different levels of shades by the windows. Great place to be.」

「The property was nice, clean and close to downtown. I would say the negatives would be that it is located in a flight zone. We could hear the airplanes constantly, construction all around at this time. Noise from construction starts at 7. I wish there was a television in the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and Vince was very helpful when the internet wasn’t working.」

「Minor repairs in the room and bathroom need attention, but other than that the suite was extremely quiet, accessible to a full kitchen, washer and dryer. I would recommend. 」

「The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment.」

「The casita was perfect for our short stay at the end of our Arizona Big Cacti vacation. The location is great, located in a wonderful neighborhood. The casita is very comfortable and well-designed. Our hosts were very welcoming. We would highly recommend it to friends visiting Phoenix.」

「The loft was nice, pictures are accurate. Over all its a great value and walkable to old towne. The property managers answered all questions very quickly and were quite accommodating. I will say the rental itself is tired and needs some care. The ceiling tiles are warped and falling out, walls are scratched and dinged badly in lots of spots. The sinks do not drain properly. That being said i would 100% stay here again its a great value!」

「フロントや朝食スタッフの方々とても親切で気持ち良い対応をして下さいました。部屋の掃除が行き届いていないので最初に自分で使う場所を掃除してから使いました。毎日のアメニティ補充で何かが必ず不足していました。フェイスティシュ、バスティシュ、シャンプー、バスマット。。。毎日何か１つずつ。周りの環境は良い場所にあり、価格も手頃です。」
