"Very clean. Stayed there two nights, water faucet in kitchen stopped working. Host was communicating very well but when we asked for WiFi help, communication completely stopped until we checked out. There was no parking space for the place we stayed. There is no way to darken the room from the light outside when trying to sleep at night. Also only two towels were provided for showering. Great location, walking distance to downtown area. A little pricey for the short comings. "

"Let me start by saying that our stay was pleasant and COZY. I think these pictures were taken when this was just remodeled, they do not reflect what the properties actual condition is, which I would describe as nice but slightly run down. In pic it shows vibrant walls, bright bedding and purple couch. That’s not what we got. The unit is very clean, but little things disappoint, such as a toilet seat that is crooked, a shower floor pan that needs cleaning or replaced, among other small things. Outside did not have the greenery or lighting at base of fence. The front/backyard both had weeds that were a good 12-18. The corn hole is very old and weathered. I should have checked street view, but the location is a 1 out of 10. My wife didn’t feel comfortable going outside. This property is probably one of the best looking properties on the street, but the area is questionable at best. If my kids were with me we would have left. If the property looked like the pictures, the only thing we would have docked points would be location, everything would have been a 10. Even if current conditions were represented I would have given better scores because I would have known what I was walking into. Host was great, all amenities were there. They should take new pictures to reflect current conditions. Everything about this place could be a 10 accept location, which they can’t do anything about. All the 10/10 reviews that simply say it’s a great place seem a bit staged."

"This hotel's location was really convenient to all of our activities planned for downtown Phoenix. It's a quick walk to Chase Field and the Suns Arena. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the traffic can be quite congested in this area and we had a really difficult time pulling into to the hotel to check in. We had to circle the block for 45 min because the traffic was so backed up - there was a Dbacks and Suns game on the same day as our check-in. Also, we could hear traffic noise all night long, even from the 7th floor with the AC on."

"It was okay to stay for a night, but the floors were dirty- turned my feet black. Hair on bathroom floor, old water damage on walls etc. the age shows. Staff was nice on check in."

"Parking was a lot around the corner no validation by hotel. Parking lot was rundown. Hotel pool was not available as it was under repair. "
