"Worst check in experience we’ve had in years. Didn’t call when room was ready, no help for bags. No carts and no available parking or loading/unloading. Disjointed property with many amenities closed. Elevator broken. Room hadn’t been deep cleaned. Had crumbs/dirt in the drawer w the hair dryer. "

"This hotel was truly amazing — the property, service, and overall experience were top-notch. The only reason I can’t give it a full 5 stars is because our bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived, which was disappointing for a place of this caliber. Thankfully, the staff handled it quickly and were very accommodating, even giving us 20% off at the restaurant. Once that was taken care of, everything else about our stay was fantastic."
