We did have an exceptional interaction with a employee named Jamie who helped us when we were about to be late for a tour due to the incredible traffic and parking problem in Sedona."

"Nice unit with beautiful view. This is a condo rental community so each owner is responsible for the condition of the unit. The management is largely just a rental agent so they cannot address any issues with units. Ours needed repairs and was sparsely furnished and a bit worn. But the view over the creek onto the mountain was spectacular! And the fireplaces were wonderful when we got unexpected snow!"
