The staff here are great and the location is very convenient if you’re visiting Knott’s Berry Farm. I felt safe and the area was decent. That said, the hotel is definitely dated and "well-loved." Our room had some functional issues—the AC was weak, the bathroom door was in rough shape, and the beds were doubles rather than the Queens we expected. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot and aren't too picky about the room condition, it does the job

Rooms smells something , maybe from cleaning agent that cant tolerate so we opened the front and back door for air circulation but smell stays the same. Not sure if its from the carpet.

Staff was courteous. Room appeared clean.

Hot tub was quiet and private. Our room was noisy - the fan went all night and we had no view - looked out over the roof fans. The bathroom had no fan so after a shower it took awhile to “unfog”. Staff were awesome so no complaints there. Booking via. Third party meant no points for Marriott Bonvoy so that’s not Great.

Room had a little bit of a musty smell from the ac but we brought spray to make it better and that worked. If you’re using it to stay close to Disney and sleep it works great. It’s a sister hotel to the Days Inn next door so it’s pretty understaffed, but cheap and a good option to stay within a 30 minute walk to Disney
