Completely renovated in the summer of 2022, this condo is nestled in Old Town La Quinta near spectacular golf, tennis and world renowned music festivals. This cozy and urbane second floor condo has a full kitchen, laundry machines, large bathroom, walk-in closet, super fast FIOS wifi with TV including the golf channel. The unit has been professionally decorated and has many upgrades, including pet-friendly laminate floors! "Alexa" even awaits to assist you in the living room and bedroom.

The condo has a pool and hot tub for you to enjoy, and is just steps away from the Embassy Suites with a spa, restaurant and bar.

As short walk across the street is Old Town La Quinta, with shopping and great dining including; Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill, the Grill on Main and La Quinta Brewing Company for an ice cold beer. Only 3 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Garden and 5 miles to Coachella Music Festival or Desert Trip. Golf courses are less than 2 miles away.

Note: This condo is not affiliated with the Embassy Suites Hotel. But you are welcome to use their dining room, bar and pay to use their spa or pool.

Great choice

Our two night stay at this property was great. The casita was clean and well appointed. It met all of our needs. We were in walking distance of Old Town so we didn't have to go very far for a meal.

Nice one bedroom in La Quinta

The second story condo was clean and as described (one bedroom, bathroom, open living area and kitchen). All the technology worked well (TV, wifi). Location across the street from the old town of La Quinta and in the middle of dozens of golf courses was great.

Best of Every World in La Quinta

Not only is the property completely updated, clean, comfortable...its location is perfect. Next to old town, the parks and an easy bike ride to other areas in the region. Pool and all the amenities, tons of parking. Can't say enough good things about it.

Swanky & Cozy Getaway!

The modern interior design and over vibe here is laid back and super cool. The host provides all the comforts of being at home and then some. Plenty of restaurants/shops/ fun nearby. There's a park, a brewery, and coffee house all within walking distance. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! We would come here again for sure.

What a great place! Clean, nice decor and great location. Lots of details you don't normally find in a rental like bath items (shampoo etc) coffee, extra pillows, and a full stocked kitchen. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at this condo for a number of years. Ric is a great host and quickly responds to any questions. The condo has everything you need and more-quality hair dryer, flat iron and really nice shower products-you can save room in your suitcase for shopping instead ! Can’t wait to return next year!

Great place to Stay!

It is spotless and quiet and close to shops and restaurants. It has everything you need and more! The owner provided all the basics: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, blow dryer, and flat iron. The bed was super comfortable and that is very important. This was probably the best-stocked unit we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot! We would highly recommend this unit and would stay here again if we come back to Palm Springs.

Well appointed, great location!

Great property in an awesome location. Directly across the street from Old town La Quinta village. The property owner was easy to communicate with. He provided nice additions like laundry soap, dish soap, Saran wrap and cupboard basics. (He also provided shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel.) The bed was dreamy comfortable with nice buttery linens. Lots of nice modern upgrades to this condo! The pool was heated and was just the right temp. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We rented e-bikes one day. Did a lot of walking. Generally a great place to visit.

Wonderful Property

I stayed in this upstairs property for a few days by myself. As a woman, I was especially pleased that it felt secure. The Embassy Suites property is a wonderful location to all things in La Quinta and for easy travel to other desert cities. The only drawback would be if you're traveling with someone that struggles with stairs as the ones leading into this unit are a bit steep. The inside of this unit was just perfect! SO clean & beautiful. It appears to have been recently renovated and has all the creature comforts you want and need. And of course, one of the most important features, the bed ... it is SO comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
