「We had a great time at this property. Check-in was super easy and everything was really great in the property. We came with another couple and it was really great to have a completely separate studio that we could be when so when we wanted to have personal space we could. There’s two great patios outside and it’s so peaceful. The owner was super communicative and checked in on us. I would definitely book this place again.」

「I booked this condo because we had a golf tournament and the condo has a golf cart that guests are able to use. That was The absolute highlight of the trip. We were able to cruise around PGA West in the golf cart, which was very fun and made us already start booking another trip back. The condo has plenty of rooms and is really really big on the inside. Everything was as advertised. So glad I found this listing and will be back!」

「Stayed over the weekend from Friday to Monday. Check in at security gate was fast, easy check in using a code on the door to get inside rental, dedicated parking for my car in front of rental. Rental was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including a Keurig! Believe there was some left over stuff former guests had left in the pantry which came in handy. Bedding, towels, water pressure, wifi, AC were readily available for use upon being inside....

「We come to the desert to hike. We were happy to find trailheads a short distance from this property with a good election of trails (Cove Oasis Trailhead). Even better, the condo is well provisioned, is comfortable and has good views -- we even saw a road runner from our bedroom one morning. We will certainly be back. Inna was a great host.」

「The most accurate thing I can say about this townhome is that it lived up to every one of my expectations and more. Very nice and roomy, clean and airy, great location with a lake and pool just steps from the back patio, and fantastic customer service by Corrie. Our group comes to Coachella each year and is used to overpaying for relatively average accommodations the majority of the time, but I absolutely feel like we got our money's worth staying here. Condo was located in a gated community - quiet and picturesque - with multiple heated pools and jacuzzi, which was great in November. The unit was spacious, super clean, with well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. Loved our stay, we'd love to stay again!」

「I love the location and the property itself is beautiful! Lots of beautiful pools and areas to walk. It's great to have a kitchen, but food at the Legacy Grill is delicious (not always open though). We stayed here for Coachella because it was close to a shuttle stop, but out of the mayhem. We've stayed at different units in the past with our dogs and have returned because we like it so much. Having a garage is a bonus too!」

「PGAWest is paradise. In March, the fruit trees are blooming and the smell is heavenly. This property has two good bikes to use and the property is wonderful for riding - flat land and low traffic.」

「Beautiful condo in prime location, ample room to relax, visit, and enjoy the views. Pool area directly across the street which we used daily for hot tub only. Unfortunately Palmer Residence pools are on rotational heating schedule now which is new these past two years. A quick drive to heated pool several blocks away wasn’t a problem but the listing should be updated to reflect not heated consistently year around.」

「Condo is exactly like the photos. Clean and comfortable. The host, Neil, was very accessible whenever I had a questions. Close to smaller pool, and 2 min walk from clubhouse and mainpool. The condo setting is lovely with 12 pools and picturesque walkways with fountains and bougainvillea everywhere. Would love to return again and highly recommend.」

「We really enjoyed this beautiful property, it was just perfect for my husband and two kids. We needed a relaxing getaway and this place was just that. Scott made himself available and very responsive to a question we had for him. The house had so much available, from the Bose speakers to iPads, games, two different coffe makers complete with pods, a complimentary bottle of wine, I can go on. Definitely pleased and will book again.」
