"Beds and pillows good, hvac efficient and simple, quick and stress free ride to the airport. Rooms laid out surrounding huge pool area making it a long walk to ours. Missing tile on threshold to bathroom. Enormous bathroom with inexplicable small counter area. Room had a spray bottle of cleaning solution, which didn’t inspire confidence. "

"Terrible property! When we checked in they gave us a 1 bed not 2 bedroom that I reserved. The hotel did not have any hand soap, bath towels, a phone to call for assistance with any amenities and no internet or cable! Avoid this place at all costs. We ended up checking out within 2 hours of being there and moved to a much more comfortable hotel The Drift - amazing property!"

"The one night stay was perfect for us but we had a negative reaction to the 15.00 charge to get a microwave. They have them in the breakfast area and it would have been easy to allow to use one there. Simple heat of some left overs. "

"Bar was accommodating. Pool crowded in the afternoon. Enjoyed the hot tub. View from room was the wall enclosing the staff work area/laundry. Balcony could have been cleaner. Room was 6 person occupancy with one bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very responsive with requests for more towels, blanket, conditioner. Parking was close & convenient."

"Rented a room during the week so did not have any issues when asking for 1st floor accommodations and no loud or noisy guest near us. Overall you get what you pay for, a place to rest your head and then continue on your journey "

"Th hotel has a nice vibe but it’s definitely run down. The pool overlooks the mountains and is large and the whole style of fun and playful. The loungers are dirty and old and there weren’t enough towels when we were there so we had to sit right on them. There also weren’t enough umbrellas so it was super hot in the suns th rooms are spacious and clean but dated and run down. El Jefe was an excellent meal and the service was good. The hotel could be really awesome but it needs a pretty big reno to bring it back to life. But, for the price is was fine and about what i expected. "
