If a clean stay with all the essentials is what you need this is the place. The building is bit older but they made all the necessary upgrades to maintain a hassle-free stay. They do provide late night check-ins with their overnight staff readily available with a simple phone call. If you need to stay in the valley on a budget this is the place!

I stayed at L3 Oasis Hotel for two nights in September and really enjoyed it. The whole staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was right by the pool, which made it easy to cool off in the Palm Springs heat. The place was clean, comfortable and relaxing. I'd stay here again on my next trip to Palm Springs and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I LOVED staying here. The receptionist are the best, great kind helpful people. The pools are great, spacious and more than one! Beds are comfy, the room itself is great, and it’s near the downtown! Definitely will come back! 😁

The say was over all decent for the area. The rooms were clean enough and our stay was comfortable and close to what we went for which was hiking. The check out process wasn’t the best just cause they don’t have a drop box from what I noticed for keys when leaving early so it was a bit stressful leaving.

I probably wouldn't book here again, the staff was lovely but the room was lacking. There was no table to settle down and eat, only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided and the sink would clog up. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and we got woken up on Monday at 7:30am with construction noises so we checked out early.
