Staff was one of the nicest workers I have had at a hotel. Very welcoming and good energy. Was an amazing experience and definitely will be back in the future for Coachella. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in Palm Springs. Amazing pools, clean rooms, and amazing staff.

The room was adequate. Beds were not very comfortable, but the pool and poolside restaurant and bar were incredible. Lots of great food and drinks and the waterslides are a lot of fun for the kids.

The location of the property was very good, and the staff was amazing throughout our stay(5 stars) Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made the experience much better. A couple of areas could be improved though — the pool could use more umbrellas for shade, and our room had a weird plumbing smell. Overall, the excellent staff and great location were the highlights
