「Clean and well appointed. It is located in a typical Palm Desert community: gated, well maintained, with the back patio opening out to the golf course. My only criticism is the lengthy check-out to-do list. Since I had time, I did everything on the list, however, running a load of laundry, taking out trash and bringing in outdoor cushions seem like tasks that the professional cleaning service should take care of. 」

The main purpose of this trip was for me and my friends to get some golfing in, and the location of this condo was perfect for that! Phil even gave us some tips on a few amazing courses that were less than five minutes from the condo..thanks Phil! This trip was just a guys trip, but I FaceTimed my wife from teh condo and sent her a bunch of pictures and now...

「This condo is in a beautiful gated community. Very close to a pool and jacuzzi but there are no bathrooms at the pool. We loved our stay.」

It was comfortable to live in for several days and listed in an area with easy access to Palm Canyon Drive. It's quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the area foothills from the large balcony.」
