「Aesthetically inside the property was described accurately. The towels looked unclean. It’s not our first rodeo renting a place and we are accustomed to hospitality. We didn’t receive here. There were many dont’s included in the description and the messages received about an earlier than expected check out time were excessive . The hot tub was a disappointment the top was covered in bugs. And there was a brick holding down the cover of it when I picked up the brick to remove the cover I...

「We absolutely loved this home! The kitchen and patio were amazing and fun to use! We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor furniture. The washer and dryer were very convenient to have and we were very close to Joshua Tree National Park. The subdivision and town are beautiful and there are many conveniences close by. The guide they sent was super helpful in finding things nearby! Would stay again and highly recommend!」

「The unit overall was lacking in cleanliness. The hot tub was not clean due to it not having a hard top cover. The sink and ac unit wreaked making the entire unit smelly the whole time we were there. The cushions for the outdoor seating were ripped. There was weeds everywhere. Internet was not connected the TV. All troubleshooting did not work. I really wish I hadnt wasted my money here and truly hope all these things are addressed before anyone else stays here. We basically had no access to the...
