Staff was super welcoming and very attentive. The property was very nice and close to the downtown area in twentynine palms. The entrance to joshua tree national park is only 2 blocks away. Was very warm in the area but the breeze that runs through the basin felt great. Would definitely come back and would 10/10 recommend Hotel Reset.

We enjoyed the patio views, and the pristine, minimal, and functional interior. The coffee was good according to my partner. I was sad to find no tea and it was difficult to get over my partner and out of bed for late night bathroom runs. I managed to use the exposed bed frame to inch my way along the wall. However, that balancing act was difficult in the dark. In general not for seniors unless they are agile.

The hotel was a nice and unique way to spend a night. We had spent the afternoon in Joshua Tree and found the clean room and pool to be the perfect way to recover from a fun day. The A/C kept the room cool so we could get a good rest. We will stay again when we visit the area again.

Great Location !! Super friendly staff, accessible to everything you need by car. The only thing was that the pool was dirty( a lot of bugs) and hot tub was cold as well. Overall rooms were cozy and aesthetic.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
The stay at the property was good. However they over charged my credit card by $100 and I’ve been arguing with them back and forth trying to get a refund. They keep telling me I’ll get my refund however they can’t give me a receipt of the refund they issued as well as they keep telling me the general manager will call me back with updates. It has been approx a month and I have yet to receive my refund as well as a phone call back, The customer service is terrible. Also we arrived approx 45 mins before 4pm it was 110 degrees outside and they wouldn’t allow us to check in until 4 pm on the dot. It is also confusing finding the front desk bc the sign is very small and it looks no different than the actual rooms. The property was clean and the room was nice with a great view.
