"Villa was clean and spacious, perfect for a family. There were many pools and activities for the kids to do, would definitely go back."

"The only thing that went somewhat wrong, the shower drain had a bad plumbing smell, it only occurred while showering. it seemed like the longer we would shower the smell got worse. Other than that, the entire stay was perfect. "

"We did like the property, however there were a few items that we noted and felt some concern over. Just to clarify also we stayed in the villa side of the property, not at the main hotel. When we arrive, we went to enjoy the Jacuzzi the first night and found that it was not heated on the villa side. Also on the last night that we stayed at the property there was what appeared to be a rat scurrying around in the ceiling. I first noticed it around 1:30 AM and it continued on through first light. I actually captured the sound on video. We truly did like the accommodations however, those things did affect how we would rate the overall experience."
