I've stayed at plenty of Embassy Suites over the years and unfortunately, this hotel was one of my least favorites. While the exterior of the hotel was nice, the inside of each unit was a different story. The bathrooms were extremely small and in not great shape. It was clear that the ceiling had experienced some leaks as the paint had bubbled and sagged and there were holes in the paint where the liquid had been drained. There was rust and holes in the wall throughout. One of the worst parts about this is the structural integrity of the building itself. We were in a ground floor room and when the guests above us came home for the night, EVERY single step they had upstairs was accompanied with a *thud* as well as creaks in the floor. And it is not an exaggeration when I say EVERY SINGLE STEP was met with a thud/vibration as well as a creaking. Imagine this late at night as well as early early in the morning when your room is otherwise dead silent. The breakfast at this location was also the worst I've ever experienced at an Embassy Suites. The only hot food items they had available were scrambled eggs and potatoes. The omelette line was always at least 10-15 people deep and at 3-5 minutes per omelette, there was no way I was going to stand in line for 45 minutes for one. One of the pros was that the hotel staff that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. But other than that, the stay as a whole was unfortunately met with disappointment after disappointment.

The breakfast was great with made to order omelets and other standard serve-yourself fare. The complimentary happy hour each night was an added bonus. Complimentary coffee was available all day in the lobby. Our room was spacious and the layout worked well with a separate living room with an extremely comfortable couch. The 21 court Paradise Pickleball facility associated with the hotel was fabulous. You pay a drop in fee to play. The pool was clean and the grounds well kept. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Extremely disappointed. Second floor room. Heard every step the person above me made. Felt like a cheaply built apt building. Staff never refilled the empty shampoo bottle. Sink had whiskers in it when I checked in. No remote control for one of the TVs. Ridiculously understaffed. Bartender seemed to be working in the kitchen while trying to tend bar. Very slow service. Many frustrated guests.

Entire hotel needs complete overhaul. Furniture worn out and in bad shape, sink in kitchenette did not work, bathroom door was so badly damaged it didn’t close properly and entire bottom was peeling off. In the four nights we stayed, we never once received housekeeping even when out of the room for over 11 hours.

The hotel is not kept up. Broken elevators, broken pieces to outside games they offer. Rooms are in bad shape. Torn furniture and drapes. Refrigerator did not work. Staff was nice but not responsive. I am shocked that Hilton has their name on this place. It’s a good price but below normal standards and I can’t believe people would rate this place a 10!

For many years I travelled and stayed at Embassy Suites due to having a large family. It always worked. This particular property is in need of updating/upgrading. I would guess that has not happened in many years. The bed was fine, the sofa in the main area was rock hard. The bathroom was dimly lit and not in great condition. I recommend Embassy Suites in general, but not this one. The staff was very nice, happy hour was good.

The location of the room was disappointing. The entrance was right next to the elevator, and the bedroom window faced the garbage area, which was unpleasant. The bathroom was also surprisingly small compared to the size of the room. Other than that, everything was fine.

The property is really run down, and needs to be remodeled! There was mold in shower and water damage on the bathroom door. Our stay was $400 a night. It felt like a motel 6 not a Hilton. Our group rented 5 rooms and we were all disappointed. The staff was great! They brought me plastic silverware when asked. Hilton needs to pressure the owners to remodel!

Checking in was disappointing. I reserved a 1 BR suite with walkin shower to accommodate my wife. She is unable to stand. The shower was over a bathtub which my wife couldn’t step into. They offered a different room with walkin shower but her shower chair would not fit thru the door! And, she cannot walk. Then we wanted to order room service dinner, but the restaurant is closed on Mondays. We will stay here again. A bad start for my wife’s birthday celebration.

The sounds of the unit above us due to the buildings structural creakiness did not allow us to sleep at all. Guests above us seemed to be walking normal and doing normal things but it was like it was an 1850s building as far as noise

The room was completely disgusting. Wallpaper coming off the walls, bathroom was full of water stains, rug was fully stained. The worst were the bugs around the room from the bedside table to the washroom. It is very run down room and would not consider staying again. The AC took literally hours to cool down the room and very noisy.
